Scott Moore received his undergraduate degree with Highest Honors from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University. Currently a Fulbright Fellow with the Environmental Economics and Policy Study Group at Peking University, he will begin graduate study in Environmental Change and Management at Oxford University as a Rhodes Scholar in October 2009.
